RelevantCodes[1]One – Need Volunteers

by Anshoo Arora on December 5, 2009

RelevantCodes[1]One – The generic framework for the community is nearly ready. I would really appreciate if I can have 5-10 volunteers to test it. It comes with 3 test cases which show its working on a single browser, on multiple browsers simultaneously and on a standard windows application. Apart from testing the test cases that come in the package, I would also appreciate if you would be willing to provide some feedback on anything that you feel may need improvement.

Full credit will be given to everyone for all their efforts. If you are able to find bugs in the code, all the fixes will also pay credit to the person who finds the bug.

Please use the contact form to let me know if you’re interested :)

Thanks- Anshoo

Thanks Suni. I’m not sure if its going to work with 8.2. I have only tested it on 9.2 and 9.5.. but I think 8.2 may be a good candidate for testing. I will send you the download link in a minute. :)

Hi Anshoo,

I am really very sorry i am unable to test the Framework on qtp 8.2.I tried all possibilities like creating demo with the same actions and associated all libraries, changed the Engine.Vbs for version compatibility, the Engine.vbs is purely based on .NetFactory that is not supported by Qtp 8.2. I am comfortable with framework and the data sheet looks perfect.I wil try again if i get more time to do some work around
Good Luck for other volunteers in testing the Framework

Thanks for your help, Suni. If .NETFactory is causing these issues, then you can disable the entire form by commenting out line 93:

If IsFormConform Then
